“Herbs Are Us”: An easy practical list of mini-courses designed for people with little herbal knowledge and even less time.

We often forget that our first medicine were plants – many of which served a dual purpose of being both food and medicine

Why we like this course:

1. There is no identification needed to learn or recognize plants in the wild. The ID is written on your spice jar.

2. Using these as a tea (crushed or ground) the ‘dosing issue’ is eliminated. Since they are foodstuffs steeped in water, they are generally well tolerated in any amount, if an unexpected reaction should occur, consumption of regular water can easily flush it from the system.

3. As an introductory course this is a great way to become readily familiar with a number of remedies for a variety of ailments.

4. By keeping the information concise and practical, it is easily revisited. We have designed it so it can be printed, with an extra page to record notes and experiences once the remedies have been tried.
