September 22, 2024 from 1 pm to 3 pm – “Garbling Party”: Learning the best practices for preparing and storing dried herbs for long term use with Nancy Herold. Join us as we prepare the stores for the winter and learn the different botanicals that we collect here on the farm.  Each requires slightly different handling and this is a good time to become exposed to what the dried plants look like once prepared for use later. BONUS: many of these will be seeding out and those who participate will receive seeds for use later in the spring. Fee: $24
