Meramec Valley Herb Guild – Four Mushrooms Everyone Should Know

Sunday, November 5, from 1pm to 3pm: Meeting of the Meramec Valley Herb Guild with Nancy Herold presenting “Four Mushrooms (with therapeutic benefit) everyone should know. Just a bit more about our presentation: This is an abbreviated course we taught here at the farm a few years back. We feel that these four fungi that can offer everything from cardiac benefit (helping to manage cholesterol), relieving symptoms of peripheral neuropathy, managing autoimmune and anti-tumor activity are especially valuable as they all grow here in Missouri and each have actually been sourced on the farm.
