Walking the Wild Witch Hazel with Nancy Herold

If you enjoy the outdoors in all seasons, come walk with us! (Witch hazel only blooms in winter) We will gather stalks of wild witch hazel on the farm and return to the heated barn for a demonstration of how to make your own witch hazel extract and offer some to take home for personal use. We will also be discussing the amazing benefits of this plant as a remedy for everything from varicose veins to shingles.

All events subject to change. Reservations are required for many events. Less than minimum number of required reservations may result in class cancellation. You may also enroll by phone at 573-732-5053. If a fee is associated with the class, payment is required at the time the reservation is made.

Course Cancellation Policy. Many of our courses require minimums as set by the instructor. If for any reason the course is canceled by the farm or the instructor (minimums not met, weather, illness, etc), all participants will receive a full refund.

Any cancellations made by a participant in a class before the “Last Day to Enroll” will receive a refund. Since many of our instructors block out time and travel out of state, we cannot issue a refund for enrollment after the cancellation date. We will however issue a credit of the enrollment fee toward another course if desired. We appreciate your understanding.
