In the month celebrating love, what better class to have than one on heart health!
In this class we will discuss herbs that can:
- Offer first aid during a heart attack, by dilating the vessels to increase blood flow.
- A botanical used in place of pharmaceuticals in Europe during the early stages of heart failure.
- An herb that the speaker herself has used to address her own stress induced palpitations.
- A little known bark that was used much like statin to clear out blood vessels and strengthen the hearth before there were pharmaceuticals designed to do these things!
